Join the MPP Team
Maui Paradise Properties (MPP Vacations) is an established, fast-growing vacation rental and real estate sales company in the heart of Lahaina. As a locally owned and operated team, we're proud to deliver exceptional service rooted in the spirit of aloha.
We believe that travel creates lifelong memories, and our work makes that possible — through curated vacation experiences for guests and trusted support for property owners.
We're always looking for forward-thinking, driven, and service-minded people who share our commitment to care, collaboration, and excellence. If that sounds like you — and you live on Maui — we'd love to hear from you.
